Differentiating a rehabilitation company within the group

A specialist brand needs visitors to understand its activity from their first contact. For SK Obras, the starting point was to present rehabilitation and renovation work for buildings, homes and businesses.

The connection with Grupo Renovak provided business context, but the website needed to make SK Obras’s own offer recognisable. That distinction matters when related brands provide services in neighbouring areas.

Headers and navigation adapted for mobile

Project reviews included changes to company page headers. We also adjusted the breakpoint for the mobile menu so that navigation remained usable at screen widths where the full menu no longer fitted.

This is a practical aspect of responsive design: visitors should still be able to reach the site’s sections as the screen width changes. Website reviews need to consider that behaviour as well as desktop appearance.

Explaining technical services clearly

SK Obras’s content described work on structures, façades, roofs and building services, alongside complete renovations. Naming these areas helps a homeowners’ association, individual or business identify the relevant service.

The images retain the project’s identity and presentation. They are a visual record of the design work, rather than a description of services currently contracted.

The scope of this web design case

My documented contribution involved creating the website and refining its presentation and navigation. The 2019 phase shown here did not include an SEO campaign for these brands, so no search ranking results are attributed to it.
