AI and business process automation
When information is scattered across emails, spreadsheets and disconnected tools, your team becomes the link between them. I help businesses examine those workflows and develop solutions that reduce repetitive tasks and make information easier to use.
I am Javier Carmona Benítez. My work combines technology experience since 2007, marketing consultancy, teaching and the development of my own tools. Based in Alicante, I work with businesses across Spain and on international projects. Together, we decide what to automate, where an application would help and which decisions need human review.

Applied AI for your team’s daily work
We start with the task you want to improve: drafting a document, finding internal information or classifying enquiries. We then assess the tools, available data and level of review each response needs.
Assistants, documentation and task support
A project might involve an assistant that helps people find information, prepare proposals or summarise documents. We agree which sources it can consult, who has access and what the team must check before using its output.
The scope may include use-case design, a prototype, tests with representative examples and usage guidance. Deliverables and limitations are agreed before development. Where your team needs practical skills, we can connect the project with business training.
Process automation, marketing and CRM
A website enquiry can become a CRM contact, be assigned to a colleague and create a follow-up task. That journey requires clear rules: what data to collect, how to prevent duplicates and how to handle a failed connection.
Connecting enquiries with sales follow-up
We examine forms, contacts, opportunities and communications to identify steps that can be connected. Depending on the project, this may involve email sequences, internal alerts, report preparation or moving information between applications.
Not every workflow needs AI. A simple rule may be more suitable for a predictable decision. We document the workflow, permissions, exceptions and the person responsible for monitoring it. Tool licences and usage costs are specified in the proposal.
Custom web applications and internal tools
If existing software does not fit your workflow, we can assess a purpose-built application: a client portal, a reporting dashboard, a quotation tool or a management system connected to other platforms.
Prototypes and integrations with a defined scope
We start with the essential user journey: who uses the tool, what information they enter and which result they need. A prototype helps validate that journey before extending development.
The proposal sets out features, integrations, data access, testing and delivery conditions. It also defines maintenance or support requirements. When other specialists are involved, I coordinate the project and clarify each party’s responsibilities.
From your current workflow to a usable solution
1. Understand and prioritise
We review the real workflow, tools and points where delays or errors occur. We choose an initial process and agree how to assess improvement.
2. Design and test
We prepare the workflow or prototype and test normal cases alongside exceptions: incomplete data, duplicates and outputs requiring review.
3. Implement and support adoption
We agree the rollout, documentation and team training, together with a process for reviewing issues and future changes.
Pricing depends on scope, integrations and support. For an initial assessment, it helps to know which tools you use, how often the task occurs and who is involved.
Technology experience, consultancy and independent development
My work connects marketing and technology, from websites and ecommerce to analytics, teaching and development. Explore my professional background and training and the work described in my project portfolio.
JCBOS: my own project in development
I am developing JCBOS as my own management system. It provides direct experience of defining processes and building tools for everyday work. The project demonstrates my approach to technology; it does not mean that every feature is available as a commercial product or replace testing for each client project.
Teaching and professional collaboration also form part of this background. The SE Ranking webinar on semantics and artificial intelligence (in Spanish) is one example of my public contributions.
Looking for visibility in AI-generated answers?
That goal has its own service: GEO and AI visibility. It addresses how your brand is presented and found, which sources support it and how to observe its presence in generative answers.
This page focuses on using AI and automation within your business. Both areas can support your digital marketing strategy, but their objectives and deliverables differ.
Let’s discuss the process you want to improve
Tell me which task takes time, which applications you use and what you would like to achieve. We can then assess whether automation, a custom tool or team training is the right starting point.
Three specialist services, one coordinated approach
Applied AI consulting for businesses
Artificial intelligence is useful when it helps solve a specific task. I help you identify those tasks, test a solution with your business information and decide how to incorporate it into your team’s work. Based in Alicante, I work with businesses across Spain and on international projects.
Workflow and CRM automation
When an enquiry moves from a form to email, then to a spreadsheet and finally to a CRM, duplicates and missed tasks can appear. I help connect these stages so follow-up is clear and information reaches the people who need it.
Business application development and integrations
A custom application makes sense when your process needs something that existing tools do not handle well. I help define that need and develop a solution in stages, with a clear purpose for the people who will use it.
Training supporting my applied AI work
My training includes Artificial Intelligence Applied to Business, Big Data Architecture, and Agile Project Management and Scrum. These studies complement consulting, teaching and the development of JCBOS. See my professional profile and career.
Which service does your business need?
Artificial intelligence, automation and application development address different needs. If the problem involves finding information or preparing a first draft, an AI assistant may be worth assessing. When the difficulty lies in moving information between tools and coordinating tasks, the starting point is usually the process and its rules. If you need an interface or capability that existing products cannot provide, we assess custom development.
You do not need to commission all three areas. We start with a specific need and define a suitable combination. A simple automation can work without AI, and an AI project can begin without building a new application.
A clear scope before choosing tools
We review the current process, available data, people involved and tools you already pay for. We then agree objectives, deliverables and acceptance criteria. The proposal separates data preparation, configuration or development, testing, training and maintenance. Third-party licences are identified when required.
Phased work allows decisions to be tested before the project expands. The team should understand what changes in daily work, what the solution can do and when human intervention is needed. Documentation and named owners support continuity.
Connecting technology, marketing and operations
A form can create a sales opportunity, but its value depends on what happens next: complete information, an assigned owner and follow-up. An assistant may speed up a query provided its sources are reliable and answers are reviewed when required. An internal tool should make a real task easier rather than simply add another screen.
My approach connects these decisions with consulting, teaching and first-hand development of JCBOS. The specialised service pages explain scope and evaluation in more detail. You can also explore my documented projects and case studies for the context of my work with businesses and training.
