Web design for Grupo Renovak and its brands

A company with several brands needs each website to explain its role clearly. At Grupo Renovak, our work covered new sites for Grupo Renovak, Renovak, SK Obras, personalHOME and Residencial Zenit.

We designed those websites as part of a collaboration that continued with other group projects. It included design and content reviews, changes to property development pages and, later, a dashboard bringing information from different websites together.

This case covers two stages of that relationship: website creation and subsequent analytics work. The retained images show designs from that earlier stage.

Deliverables and scope

Web design: sites for Grupo Renovak, Renovak, SK Obras, personalHOME and Residencial Zenit. The retained images document designs from that period.

2020 reviews: content and presentation for personalHOME and Residencial Zenit, including galleries, banners and mobile layouts.

September 2026 analytics: a project-based Looker Studio dashboard, analytics and tagging audit, user guide and maintenance documentation. This stage delivered a basis for consulting and interpreting the data.

These stages served different needs. A growth percentage would require its own comparison and source rather than being attributed to the redesign without evidence.

From website design to project monitoring

A collaboration spanning several group brands

The initial scope covered five websites. Each represented a different brand or project: the group, Renovak, SK Obras, personalHOME and the Residencial Zenit development. It is useful to consider both the overall commission and the role of each site.

You can explore two of those projects in the personalHOME and Residencial Zenit case studies. Each had its own content and requirements.

Content reviews and page refinements

During 2020, we reviewed personalHOME and Residencial Zenit. The Residencial Zenit work covered content layout, spacing between sections, galleries and banners, including adjustments and checks on mobile.

Responsive behaviour was part of that review. A layout can work on a large screen yet lose information on mobile, particularly when images contain text. Balancing content and presentation is part of web design.

Web analytics and a Looker Studio dashboard

In September 2026, I delivered a Looker Studio dashboard organised by project. It brought together traffic, behaviour and SEO information, identifying the sources and their limitations to make the data easier to interpret.

For personalHOME, the dashboard included Google Search Console clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, queries and landing pages. The delivery also included an analytics and tagging audit, a user guide, and documentation for maintaining and extending the dashboard.

This phase provided a basis for monitoring and reviewing the projects. It does not mean every traffic change can be attributed to a redesign: dates, sources and the scope of each intervention matter when interpreting results.

Do you manage several brands or websites?

You may need to refresh their pages, clarify what each site communicates or bring their information together to plan the next steps. This project shows how a collaboration can develop from web design into analytics as a company’s needs evolve.
